As the first phase of the ambitious Yiti Tourism Initiative aiming for carbon neutrality by 2040, the project offers a diverse range of residential options from studios to three-bedroom apartments. It includes education and healthcare facilities such as a school, kindergarten, medical clinics, and a center for children with autism. For sports and leisure, residents enjoy a sports complex, swimming pools, fitness areas, 7.4 km of cycling and running tracks, 3 km of walking trails, and an equestrian club.
The infrastructure features a mosque, a commercial and business plaza, 4- and 5-star hotels, a festival park, and SEE Lab, an educational center for sustainable development.
Environmentally, the project incorporates solar panels, the Green Spine green zone, greenhouses, electric vehicle charging stations, water recycling, and waste management systems.
