A large-scale community in the Bang Tao Beach area consists of resident and investment parts. The complex of villas for own residence is separated from the main infrastructure area, so residents can enjoy the privacy and beauty of Phuket to the fullest. The villas in the second part of the project are ideal for long term rentals from 1 month.

Villa owners are given lifetime (tenants for the duration of their stay) unlimited membership to the tennis courts and gymnasium, as well as a 30% discount (tenants 10%) on spa ionsen, restaurants and cafes. All community members will have the opportunity to use the facilities in future projects of the developer.
