The collection of 16 premium villas is located on the territory of Venus Rock Golf Resort - one of the largest luxury coastal complexes in Europe in a picturesque valley on the south-west coast of Cyprus. Each villa offers panoramic views of the Secret Valley Golf Course and the Mediterranean Sea, to Paphos Airport - 10 minutes drive, to the birthplace of Aphrodite - 5 minutes, to the city center - 20 minutes. As in the whole resort, the development occupies only 20% of each plot - the rest of the space is given to a private pool, terraces and landscaped gardens.

Villas are presented in 7 typologies with 3 bedrooms, on plots from 1,043 to 1,430 m2, with a total covered area from 301 to 355 m2. Each villa includes two residential floors plus a roof terrace, covered carport, pantry and spacious open verandas ranging from 165 to 330 m2 depending on the type.

The current infrastructure of the resort includes an 18-hole championship golf course with a 300-meter driving range, a golf simulator and a full-fledged club house with a restaurant, and plans are a boutique hotel, a beach club, a yachting park for 120 seats, tennis courts, bike lanes and a multifunctional sports center.

The decoration of each villa is made by a team of professional interior designers according to the standards of the luxury segment: marble and first-class ceramics on the floors of the first level, parquet in the bedrooms, granite countertops and kitchens to order with built-in equipment from leading brands, custom wardrobes, front door made of solid wood. Engineering systems include warm floors with pipeline VRV throughout the first and second floors, hidden ceiling air conditioners, a smart home system for lighting and motorized blinds, security and fire alarms. Energy efficiency class A and B depending on the type of villa.
