Author's complex of villas in one of the most popular areas of Bali, Pererenan. The project is inspired by the natural aesthetics of the Indonesian archipelago and combines expressive eco-brutalism architecture, natural materials and modern construction technologies.

The architectural concept is based on the image of balancing volcanic stones that can be found near Balinese waterfalls. The facades are decorated with traditional Indonesian bas-reliefs, and the interiors organically combine natural teak, stone, hand carving and panoramic glazing. Every detail of the project is created by local craftsmen and reflects the rich cultural heritage of Indonesia.

The complex is located in the center of Perrenan, a prestigious area near Changu that attracts digital nomads, expats and surf lovers from around the world. Within walking distance are Lima Beach, popular restaurants, cafes, yoga studios and wellness spaces. The area is characterized by high demand for both short-term and long-term rentals.

The project presents villas with one and two bedrooms, fully furnished and ready for use on the principle of turnkey. Each residence features a private swimming pool, a tropical garden, a spacious open-plan living room and designer interiors using natural materials and handmade items.
