A large-scale residential complex with the concept of a city shopping street is located in the Bahçeşehir district on the European side of Istanbul. The project is implemented in three stages on a plot of 102,000 m2, a total of more than 2,500 residences and commercial units.

A distinctive feature is the pedestrian “street” along the entire complex with more than 100 shops, cafes and restaurants, actually forming its own shopping quarter. The architectural concept was developed by DBArchitects, interiors - Gönye Proje Tasarım, landscape - On Tasarım.

Apartments are offered from 1+1 to 5+1 duplexes with spacious balconies, open views of green areas and functional layouts. Landscape areas occupy from 20,000 to 24,000 m2 in each queue.
