Ahteran

The residential complex of horizontal architecture is located on a plot of 25,000 m2 in the European part of Istanbul, at the entrance to the Bahçeşehir district. 65% of the territory is reserved for landscaping and landscape design, which creates a feeling of life in the city park with full transport accessibility.

Eight low-rise blocks are organically inscribed in the natural relief. The project offers spacious layouts of 2+1, 3+1 with large balconies, from a number of which overlooks the lake Kucjukcekmece, the city panorama and the park area of the complex itself. A total of 304 residences is a chamber scale for this level of infrastructure.

On the territory - an indoor three-level parking, an outdoor pool, two indoor pools, two fitness rooms, two hammams, two saunas, playgrounds, recreation areas and generator power supply. At the lower level of the complex there are 70 commercial units: cafes, restaurants, shops within walking distance.
