Individual storerooms are provided for one- and two-bedroom apartments; parking with automatic entrance gates is organized on the territory of the complex, while an electric vehicle connection point is provided at each parking place under the building. Security is provided by a video intercom controlled entrance, preparation for a security alarm and a video surveillance system around the perimeter of the first level of the building.
