A collection of 23 residences on the first line off the coast of Paphos: 11 villas and 12 apartments, united by a common concept of resort life. The architecture of the complex is built around a 150-meter pool, which winds along the entire territory and surrounds a green island with landscaped landscaping. Individual villas have their own private pools located just a few steps from the central water zone.

Each residence is designed for a comfortable everyday life and is filled with natural light thanks to floor to ceiling panoramic glazing. The houses have a VRV system for climate control, warm floors and a smart home system that combines modern technologies with minimalist architecture.

A special place in the project is a wellness zone designed for regular use. At the disposal of residents - a fully equipped gym, an indoor jacuzzi, a sauna and a cold font. This space is created as part of a daily lifestyle, allowing you to combine activity, recovery and rest without leaving the complex.
