Ulu Art Bay

Chamber complex of premium villas in Uluwatu, one of the most sought-after areas of the southern coast of Bali. The project covers a closed area of 1.3 hectares on the natural topography of the hills and includes only 20 residences located cascading towards the coast of the Indian Ocean.

The project presents four collections of villas with 3-6 bedrooms and living space from 216.5 to 1,049 sq. m. The layouts are designed with an emphasis on spacious public areas and a comfortable combination of interior and outdoor spaces: living rooms and open-plan kitchens continue with terraces and recreation areas by the pool, bedrooms with their own bathrooms, outdoor dining and BBQ areas, private gardens and pools, and in individual residences – panoramic roof terraces, recessed lounge areas and private spaces for saunas and wellness treatments. The decoration uses stone, wood, travertine and other natural textures, and large areas of glazing fill the interiors with natural light and visually combine living spaces with a tropical environment. Residences are handed over fully furnished and ready to live.

To decorate the villa, you can choose one of three interior concepts: a restrained Minimal Modern with pure geometry and a neutral palette, a warm Mediterranean Luxe with natural stone, textiles and bronze accents or a more expressive Bohemian Artist with copyrighted art objects and decorative elements. Art is part of the overall concept of the project: individually selected art objects and furniture are integrated into the interiors, and the complex has its own gallery with curatorial exhibitions.

The infrastructure forms the format of a closed club community. In the central part of the complex there is a wellness club with professional padel courts, hammam, sauna and jacuzzi, separate studios for yoga and Pilates. There is also a restaurant of Mediterranean cuisine, a cafe, an art gallery, a reception area and a concierge service. The interior is united by green passages with a width of 7.5 m. The complex is under round-the-clock security, the owners have access to concierge services, maintenance of villas, pools and gardens, cleaning, recruitment and delivery of dishes from the restaurant directly to the residence.
