Chamber resort project on the south coast of Lombok, located in a secluded natural location next to the beach and surf spots Gerupuk. The complex combines only 13 private villas with swimming pools and is created as a fully managed boutique resort: the owners are offered ready-made investment property with professional hotel management, and the maintenance of the facility, guest work and current operation are on the operator’s side. The project is managed by a team of an operating boutique hotel located nearby, thanks to which residents and guests of the project have access to a developed resort infrastructure: a restaurant, a spa, public and private pools, a stable, an outdoor cinema, an organic farm, yoga and meditation classes, surfing, snorkeling, private boats, local excursions and cultural programs, as well as round-the-clock staff and security. The concept of recreation also includes water activities - surfing, supboarding, kayaking and snorkeling, horseback riding along the coast and along natural routes, spa treatments based on local plants. Each residence is a single bedroom villa of 133 m2, located on an individual plot of 493 to 683 m2. The layout provides a spacious outdoor living area, a private swimming pool, its own tropical garden and an open-air Jacuzzi, forming a private space for recreation in the resort atmosphere of South Lombok. The project is located about 30 minutes drive from Lombok International Airport and 15 minutes from Mandalika International Street Circuit International Circuit, while retaining the character of an unspoilt southern coast with coves, natural areas and surf locations. Lombok is developing as an independent destination of Indonesia: restaurants and beach clubs appear in the south of the island, while the development of the territory is accompanied by measures to preserve nature and local culture.
