Chamber project, located in a quiet residential area of Tala on a hill in the vicinity of Paphos. The complex combines only four single-storey bungalow villas designed for private country life with panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea and a large plot of its own. The architecture is made in a modern Mediterranean style: flat roofs, natural stone finishes of facades and large glazing areas organically integrate houses into the surrounding landscape. The location in Tala combines a tranquil low-rise environment and proximity to Paphos’ urban infrastructure – schools, medical facilities, shops and restaurants are within a short trip.

The project features spacious residences with 3 and 5 bedrooms and private pools. The layouts are built around a spacious combined living area, dining room and open-format kitchen focused on the terrace and pool. The house has three bathrooms, including a master bedroom bathroom, a dressing room, an internal garden atrium and large window openings that provide natural light and visually combine the interior with the garden. The private area is complemented by a large landscaped yard, overflow pool of 4 × 10 m and parking for two cars.

Among the characteristics of the project are class A thermal insulation, overflow pools with tiled finishes, spacious open spaces, garden atriums, dressing rooms for master bedrooms, ensuite bathrooms and parking for two cars.
