🌴 Bali offers some of the strongest projected rental returns, with potential ROI of around 8%–12% annually, but regulation and transparency remain important considerations.

🏝️ Phuket combines an established tourism market with relatively accessible entry prices and expected annual returns of around 7%–8%. Certain apartments may also be available to foreign buyers on a freehold basis, subject to limitations and additional costs.

🏙️ Dubai stands out for its regulated and transparent property market, freehold ownership in designated areas and a strong focus on legal clarity and security. Expected rental returns are typically around 6%–8%, while entry prices are generally higher.
