This way of obtaining Vanuatu citizenship is a non-refundable investment in a share (1/4 of a plot of land) of a government approved development project. The minimum investment amount depends on the number of people in the application:

The whole process is remote except for the biometrics - from September 30, all applicants need to visit Vanuatu or one of the country's representative offices to complete the procedure.
